I had a wonderful experience at Precision Dentistry. I was very nervous because I hadn't been to the dentist in years and I so dreaded to finally have to go. But these people were all so very kind and helpful from the very beginning. I have. not been in any office where everyone was so courteous. Dr. Kortbus was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I have missing teeth and I showed him a partial which no longer fit. He said he could probably make it fit, instead of saying right off that I would need a new one made. That was very nice of him I thought. He said I needed teeth cleaning and some cavities filled first. Oh my, did I dread all of that! My teeth are very sensitive. But the dental hygienists was so very nice and made me feel more comfortable by telling me exactly why I needed a deep cleaning and how long it would take. She numbed my gums. She was very gentle and I was amazed at how my teeth looked afterward. They had deep stains from drinking tea all my life and she was able to get rid of almost all of the stains! I loved her! She gave me advice on how to try to prevent more stains, knowing that I would still always drink tea. Everyone provided excellent care and I am so very glad I came to this office. I would recommend it to anyone! Thank all of you!

Dr.Kortbus has been my dentist for the past few years, until recently we only did maintenance and extractions. we just did complete upper dentures. My husband and I left our former dental practice over a year ago. We had been going there for 15 years. The last two years they stopped taking our insurance and encouraged services we didn’t need. We were still reticent to leave. Humana offers a nice dental benefit for participating dentists so we were pleased to find a local dentist. We’re very pleased with this provider. The receptionist is excellent, so friendly and is informative on what our plan pays for. Everyone who works there is efficient and nice. The office is immaculate. We couldn’t have made a better choice. This is now July 2020, during the Pandemic. The staff at Precision couldn’t have taken better steps to provide a safe and friendly environment. The door is locked so no one can just wander in without a face mask. The receptionist gets up every time to let a patient in and out. They’ve taken all precautions. I had to swish with peroxide for bacteria and wash my hands, which I thought was a great idea. As usual, the entire staff is helpful and friendly. They don’t push procedures you don’t need. They will advise on a procedure of interest if you inquire. They do a great job and offer advise on what I need for my personal dental care. I’m sorry I waited so long to make the change. As usual,great experience at Precision. All the staff are efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I had my routine cleaning and x rays last week. I do need a crown on a large molar many years old. I know they’ll do a great job. Kudus to the friendly welcome they always give. We’ve converted several people. Give them a try. We went for our 3 month cleaning week ago. As usual we were greeted by their very friendly staff. They now have another hygienist on board, part time they’re so busy. The office is immaculate. We never regretted leaving our former practice.

Everything was covered by my insurance carrier. (The last six extractions, full panoramic xrays, office visits, and even covered full upper & lower dentures What one carrier will or won't do and how quickly they address the the matter may make a difference. All insurance carriers are not alike. That is not something the dentist has any control over. That is an issue between the insurance carrier/servicing agent and the insured/dental patient. He did two of the first set of three extractions before I realized that he had started. I have complex medical problemsl. I've survived bladder cancer ) transitional cell carcinoma, two heart attacks; the first one didn't require cutting my chest open- just a jump start. The second ❤️ heart attack required a valve replacement. They had to cut my chest open and stop my heart for about 5 hours while they replaced the heart valve It's not uncommon to know of another CABG (cardiac artery bypass surgery or cabbage) patient who takes 20 pills a day. A lot of dentists wouldn't have even tried because of insurance liability issues. Nonetheless, it was free for me , didn't hurt and one of the extractions was just half of a 🦷 broken off at the gum line. I'm very very grateful to everyone involved including my primary health care physician who explained the situation to me. Gum diseases spread rapidly throughout the body and and destroy organs like kidneys, liver, and that heart valve replacement (called a pig valve replacement) will last much longer. this dentist was in my network for insurance. The staff and dentist made me feel very comfortable, listened to me and they got me in and out on my appointment days. I got deep cleaning and polish, a cavity filled that i lost all in the same week! going back next week to start the process of getting a crown on a molar that had a cavity under a very old filling! We have never seen Dr. Davis, but Dr. Kortbus and staff have been great with our family. Dr. Kortbus doesn't push treatment you don't need. He tries to go conservative first. My daughter, who uses a wheelchair, doesn't like to have to lie back in a dental chair. They cleaned her teeth and filled a cavity while she sat in the chair. Everyone was super nice and good at explaining procedures. Highly recommend.

Dr. Davis is am excellent dentist. He is patient and kind and listens carefully to your dental needs. His staff is cordial and office is very pleasant, and his equipment is up to date.
